WHAT IS DEATH BY ROLL-UP?
DEATH BY ROLL-UP is the banner under which I (Chris Brookes) have been producing and selling apparel and other things for the last 5 years now (wow, where does the time go?). What started as a simple snap back design has gone on to be quite the creative adventure and lead me to work alongside and collaborate with wonderful designers all over the world! WHAT'S THIS PRE-ORDER SYSTEM?
The pre-order system is the way I've operated DBRU online activities since, well, the beginning. This is a small operation and the most effective way for me to produce these runs is on this basis. The sale will usually run for a day or two (depending on volume of orders) and then immediately I'll order in all the stock from my supplier and then usually within a two to three weeks it will be getting packed and sent. After that it usually takes around a week or two for domestic U.K. orders and 3-4 weeks for overseas orders to arrive at your door.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? TRACKING INFO?
In the beginning through just inexperience and now due to the current global situation through sheer cost-effectiveness things are sent standard class, untracked. Despite this, I still don't think there's been a time in the last year and a half I haven't had to pay extra to what the shipping costs should be. Sending around the world is hard now, and I don't want to make things any more expensive than they need to be for you, the customer.
Despite that, I'm happy to say that in five years I've never not rectified something going amiss. I'll always get my supplier to re-print items that may be missing and send them direct (thanks, Aimee!) so rest assured you'll get what you ordered.
